The last thing you want is to be without propane for your barbecue. That’s why our office is open to refill your propane grill tanks from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday and from 8 a.m. to noon Saturday.

HONOR TANKS – After Hours Grill Tank Refill
For your convenience, we leave several propane grill tank cylinders outside of our office in Clarence Center, NY. If you need propane for your grill after hours, you may take one and return it the next business day.
How much does it cost?
We do not charge extra for this service.
Does everyone return the tanks?
Not everyone. We have estimated that 35-40 tanks are currently unaccounted for.
Do I leave my cylinder there?
Please do not leave your cylinder overnight, but use the Honor Tank and we will fill your cylinder when you return the next day
Inspections
Cylinders have to be recertified 12 years after their original manufacture date. The inspection doesn’t take long and makes sure that the tank and valves are working properly. This is to ensure that the cylinder is still safe to fill and use. A new date is stamped on the tank and is good for 5 years before needing another inspection. We offer this service at our propane filling station.
Recycle
We can recycle your unwanted or unusable grill cylinders for a small fee.
We CANNOT recycle small 1lb propane tanks. However, Erie County holds several Hazardous Waste Collection Events throughout the year.
