Many propane distributors take their customers for granted. Some propane suppliers don’t even offer safety checks and or efficiency adjustments for your appliances. In many cases, these have not been done for years. Some families don’t change propane companies because it seems like a real hassle, but no customer should feel “locked in” or “held hostage” to a supplier and they should never lose sleep over concerns about the age and safety of their system.
