HEAP

The Home Energy Assistance Program (HEAP) is a federally funded program through New York State to help families with their energy needs. If you are having trouble paying your bill, HEAP might be able to help you. You must meet certain qualifications to be eligible for a benefit.

The HEAP office will be open from November 1, 2023 until March 15, 2024 for regular allowances and January 2, 2024 thru March 15, 2024 for emergency benefits or until funds are exhausted. The basic benefit starts at $675 for propane delivery.
